As Founder of Glitter + Soul, Rachel empowers you with tools to feel and to heal. Just as you are.

A practitioner for 20 years and teacher since 2012, Rachel sees meditation as a vehicle for personal transformation. She started and leads Meditation at Facebook New York in 2017 with weekly classes now live-streamed globally. Rachel first turned to mindfulness as a tool to soothe her anxiety and insomnia, then to aid in recovery from a near-fatal car accident. Now Rachel finds it as an endless source for creative inspiration and building community. She creates a warm, safe space for students of all levels to reconnect with themselves.

Classes range from highly customized individual 1:1 to corporate and community sessions. Past workshops include: The Art of Letting Go, Finding Your NorthStar, Illuminate Your Path.

Rachel leads Facebook’s first-ever Social Good Brand Partnerships to enable brands to take a stand and raise awareness for causes. An emerging writer and artist, her work has been published in New York Magazine, Beyond Words Literary Magazine, Origin Magazine, Las Lagunas Gallery.

Testimonials

I’VE TRIED MEDITATION APPS IN THE PAST AND THEY JUST HAVEN’T WORKED WELL FOR ME - BUT I LOOK FORWARD TO RACHEL’S SESSIONS EVERY WEEK AND ALWAYS LEAVE FEELING MORE RELAXED, CENTERED AND LESS TENSE THAN WHEN I WALKED IN. THANK YOU RACHEL FOR HARNESSING YOUR PASSIONS INTO SOMETHING WE COULD ALL BENEFIT FROM.”

After my liver transplant, rebuilding my core through gentle Yoga was crucial to my recovery. What I didn’t anticipate was that through Rachel’s nurturing guidance, I began to find healing for my traumatized soul after a lifetime of illness. Rachel’s unique combination of methodology and spirituality, along with her soothing delivery, provided the best recipe for rehabilitation I could have hoped for.”

“Rachel is our #byoga marketing guru, and a human ball of glitter and soul. She was one of the first people to help us understand the value of what it means to be more passionate about helping others succeed than anyone else ever, and how to be a glowing beacon of positivity.” -Anna & Sarah, Co-Founders of bYoga, NY
