This powerful off-site or virtual experience allows employees to step back from their day-to-day hustle and take a holistic look at their lives. Participants will explore what their optimal work-life balance looks like, engage in guided visualization exercises, and create concrete, actionable plans to manage burnout and prioritize well-being. Employees will leave with not only inspiration but also tangible strategies to protect their mental health and do their best work while thriving personally.

Confidence Coaching

Unlike traditional therapy or executive coaching, this program focuses on helping employees discover their unique talents and strengths to unlock their full potential at work. These individualized sessions are designed to offer a supportive space for employees to explore what makes them exceptional, confront their self-doubts, and gain clarity on where they can contribute most effectively. By tapping into their natural abilities, employees will feel more confident, engaged, and aligned with their work goals.

I wanted to reach out and just tell you how outstanding Rachel was last night at our Lion Legacy workshop. She blew me away!! She’s so genuine and kind. I loved the peaceful & thoughtful way she went about guiding the exercises and handling the emotions that came to the surface for some participants in the room. WOW! Such a pro!

It was a long night for me - I couldn’t fall asleep until after 2 am because all I could think about was how terrific the legacy letter writing workshop was last night. I tried to come up with a mantra that would allow me to clear my head, but instead, all these adjectives kept popping into my mind interrupting me!!! So, while I marveled most of the night about how grateful we all are for Rachel making our session so good, I’ll share some of my appreciation by way of the adjectives I can remember that describe Rachel and/or the session....as the Campbell’s soup commercials say, it was Mmmmmm good!
